As your trusted tour operator, we handle all aspects of your trip, including the visa process. All tourists to Bhutan must book their travel through a licensed operator like us, as independent travel is not permitted.
Document Submission:
We’ll guide you through submitting the required documents, including a scanned copy of your passport (valid for at least six months) and a completed visa application form.
Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) and Visa Fee:
The Bhutanese government mandates an SDF of USD 100 per person per day (concessionary rates apply for children). Additionally, there is a one-time visa application fee of USD 40. We’ll manage these payments on your behalf.
Visa Approval Timeline:
The Department of Immigration in Bhutan typically processes visas within five working days. Once approved, you’ll receive a visa clearance letter from us.
